Screenprinted graphics and Thermal Die Cutting go hand in hand. Multicolored designs are quickly produced in register by combining screenprinting with thermal or steel rule die cutting.
We developed our own screenprinting division in order to insure quality and efficiency. We can produce the entire part including materials, art, screenprinting, die cutting, weeding, masking, packaging and shipping.
Our screen printing presses give us the capability to complete both small and large format jobs with UV or conventional inks. We can print and cut a variety of substrates including: pressure sensitive vinyl, rigid vinyl, cardstock, corex, static cling, reflective vinyl, styrene and more.
We have multiple screen printing presses in sizes from
15 x 24 to 48 x 120. We have die cutting presses in the following sizes: 36 x 102, 36 x 96, 48 x 72,
24 x 36, 14 x 28, and 12 x 18.
